Our rates include a hearty breakfast.  Rates vary according to season and are listed in Canadian dollars. These rates are not valid for the period from August 2 to August 17, 2013.

A two-night stay is required during July and August weekends and during three-day weekends (Labour Day, September 2-3; Canadian Thanksgiving, October 7-8). It is, however, possible to make a reservation for one night only for an additional fee..

Method of payment: Visa, MasterCard and debit card.

Gift Certificates are also available to give your family and friends. We issue the gift certificates at your convenience and we will send them as soon as possible. Also, we can deliver on your behalf to that person who you like or love.

*CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking your reservation, we require all our clients to provide a credit card guarantee (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for the total cost of your stay in order to ensure the availability of your room.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Our fee policy regarding the cancellation of a room reservation is the following:

1. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the arrival date: no charge will be applied to your credit card.

2. Cancellation between 7 and 3 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total cost of the dates reserved will be applied to your credit card.

3. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the dates reserved will be applied to your credit card.

4. Cancellation during your stay: 100% of the total cost of the dates reserved will be applied to your credit card.

These charges applied to your credit card at the time of your reservation represent administrative fees and serve as compensation for the establishment. They are non-reimbursable and cannot be applied to subsequent reservations.

Concerning the cancellation of a package reservation: the above policy applies to room reservations. However, reservations of goods and services included in the packages that are not dispensed by the Marquis de Montcalm B&B itself are considered to be a bought deal and cannot be cancelled once said reservations have been made by the establishment.
